The following survey is being provided to ask you about your involvement at BETC and how, if possible we could make that participation better or more enjoyable. We really appreciate your participation and thank you for returning your survey by Thursday, October 29.

1. Club Activities (Organized by a member coordinator held weekly):
a. What BETC league(s) do you participate in?
b. How could your satisfaction within the league(s) be improved?
2. USTA Leagues and Cup Tennis (Interclub events):
a. Do you participate on a BETC USTA or Cup team(s)?
b. If yes, do you feel the Club supports these teams satisfactorily or how could it be improved?
c. If you were not involved with these events would you like information to help you become involved?
3. Tournaments (BETC offers 8 events annually):
a. If you have participated in any of our tournaments what do you believe could be improved?
b. If you are over 50 would you be more likely to participate if there were senior divisions?
c. In the Club Championships, would you be in favor of changing the mixed events to 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, etc. This would be consistent with the USTA Mixed Doubles Leagues.
4. Club Socials (Held monthly and run by the BETC Pros):
a. Do you attend the BETC socials on a regular basis?
