General Weather Information - Change of Hours - Program Cancellations:
For the safety of staff and members, in the event of poor weather (ice and or snow) BETC's hours of operation will be: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.

All group lessons and leagues will be cancelled and participants given credit.

Block time coordinators are asked to phone the club and advise us if you are coming.

With the cancellation of leagues and lessons, members who wish to brave the conditions and eliminate their cabin fever, are invited to call in for reservation time. Court and private lesson cancellation policies will be relaxed but if you can not keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

If power to the club goes out, since the telephones and artificial lights would not be available, the club may not open at all.

The home page and/or the outgoing telephone message at the club will be updated as conditions change.
